Kaduna is one of the states in the northern part of Nigeria mostly affected by the kidnappings. This is a sad development.

The Nigeria former senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Shehu Sani, has taken to his Facebook page where he expressed his feelings about the devastating incident.

Sani said the kidnapping of the Emir and his family members is tragic and unfortunate. That is an Emir is not safe, then no one is safe.

He also called on security agencies to act against the security situation and ensure the safe return of the Emir and his family members.
