It was a clear testimony that he introduced new concept that brings about radical changes in the University.

He has helped in significant changes and play role in terms of developing the institution

His emergence as substantive Vice Chancellor of the university has brought about radical changes in infrastructural and academic development which his administration has recorded so far.

Prof. Bichi as a renowned  has been up loaded for his quick transformation in all where he served.

 Prof. Bichi recorded achievements that remain indelible with stint and time. These include the completion, transfer, and development of the permanent campus site of the university located along Dutsinma-Kankara Road.

Recruitment of more than 1,000 newly  staff both academic and non-academic.

The relocation of the university’s most activities to its permanent site from the take off campus.

This is the attainment of faded hopes which many had cast doubt over its realization, Professor Bichi and his team of progressive members achieved the difficult task. The nascent university lingered for a while due to a short number of Quality Lecturers, Prof Bichi made sure the inadequacy became a thing of the past
