                  ISMAIL UMAR DIKKO GM                                          KASUPDA A group in Nigeria, United Youths Alliance Against Corruption (UYAAC), has accused Ismail Umaru Dikko, the General Manager of the Kaduna State Urban Planning & Development Agency (KASUPDA) , of unwholesome financial anomalies. The group, in a letter containing series of damning allegations against Ismail Umaru Dikko, and addressed to EFCC and ICPC submitted that he engaged in looting funds meant for the development of the agency and the state through contract racketeering and properties sales.
