The group, in a letter containing series of damning allegations against Ismail Umaru Dikko, and addressed to EFCC and ICPC submitted that he engaged in looting funds meant for the development of the agency and the state through contract racketeering and properties sales. "It is on record how he favors his friends, close associate, in-laws and close relatives in the agency", said UYAAC.
